Parthivi College of Engineering and Management is a private engineering college in the Indian town of Bhilai. The Parthivi Group of Institutions established the college in 2009. It is affiliated with the Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical University and is recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in New Delhi.

The college provides undergraduate and postgraduate engineering and management courses. The college offers Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degrees in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. The college offers postgraduate courses such as Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering.
