Priyadarshini Lokmanya Tilak Institute of Management Studies and Research (PLTIMSR) is a business school in Mumbai, India. The institute, which is affiliated with the University of Mumbai, was founded in 1994. It bears the name Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak, a well-known Indian nationalist and social reformer.
