Kurukshetra University was established in 1956 with over 473 acres of campus, the university offers quality education to prepare a class of proficient scholars and professionals and impart knowledge for the advancement of society. Kurukshetra University B.Ed Eligibility Criteria

B.ed admission KUK University requires certain eligibility criteria to be fulfilled by the candidates. The B.ed KUK admission is granted based on the merit scores of the students. Here are some basic eligibility criteria required at the time of KUK B.ed admission.

Interested candidates with a minimum of 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree or in the Master’s Degree in subjects like Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanity.
Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with at least 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent are eligible for admission to the B.ed programme.

But there are some points to keep in mind while following the eligibility criteria, which are:

For determining the students of Kurukshetra University B.ed eligibility for admission to B.Ed. program there will be no rounding off percentage.
If in specific areas relaxation of 5% marks is granted to SC/ST/Differently Abled candidates, the minimum marks against 55% and 50% marks shall be calculated as follows:-
- 55 marks-2.75marks=52.25marks (5/100×55=2.75)
- 50 marks-2.50 marks=47.50marks (5/100×50=2.50)
Compartment Candidates will not be allowed admission to B.Ed. program (Regular Course) in any case.
Online choice filling of the cut-off date for Kurukshetra University B.ed eligibility will be the last date/time.
One year PG diploma (any subject) will not be considered equivalent to any Master's Degree.
50% of the total seats in each college will be reserved for Group- I i.e. Science & Arts with Maths group candidates. Other 50% of seats shall be reserved for Group- II i.e. Arts & Commerce Group Candidates.
The candidate who is employed (whole-time, Part-time or Honorary Service) shall not be allowed to join B.Ed. Programme without taking leave from his/her institution/office etc. This leave should be from the date of commencement of the academic session to the conclusion of his/her final examination. The candidate should submit a “No Objection Certificate‟ from his/her employer while applying for Kurukshetra University B.ed eligibility.

Kurukshetra University B.Ed Admission Process

Kurukshetra University B.ed admission is conducted online through the university’s official website. Admission is granted to the students based on their previous merit scores. Here is the step-by-step KUK b.ed admission process.

Click on the “New Registration‟ tab.
Fill in basic details like email, mobile number, name, password etc
Now log in using the user ID and password.
Fill the details in the application form carefully.
Fill in other details like education, personal, address, etc.
Upload a recent passport-size photograph, signature and other documents in the prescribed format as required.
Select the Category / Group (Group-I Science & Arts with Math and Group-II Art & Commerce) to which the candidate want to apply.
Now pay the application fee through online mode.
- For the General Category application fee is Rs.1200/-
- For SC/BC/Differently Abled candidates of Haryana, the application fee is Rs.300/-
Take a printout of the filled application form for further use.

Kurukshetra University B.Ed Application Form

Candidates who wish to apply for the Kurukshetra University Haryana B.ed admission application form must keep a few things in mind.

Application forms other than online mode will not be accepted in any case.
While uploading all the relevant documents and testimonials along with their application form for ascertaining that all the information entered is true and correct the students also have to submit certificates proving their Date of Birth, Eligibility, and Category as well as for calculating the Merit for Admission Purposes.
It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to upload all necessary documents/ certificates/ testimonials/fees with the application form and the institute shall not communicate to the candidates if any of the important information is missing.
Not uploading the required documents will be considered an incomplete application form and no KUK reappear form shall be granted to the student once the last date of the application form submission is over.
Candidates must take a print-out of their online Application Form along with their locked choices.

KUK does not take any responsibility for the candidates not being able to submit their Application Forms by the last date and time on account of any reason beyond the control of the KUK.
